That’s why I created Fab & Fit Wellness, a no-excuses, accessible and efficient training tailored to your specific age and needs. I believe in “sweating smarter”, rather than working out to exhaust. In more than 15 years, I’ve studied multiple fitness routines to provide my clients with customized training that will give you faster results.
When asked about his great motivator to success, Fritz Fabien fondly dedicated that title to his many clients who have achieved their fitness goals. Playing an essential role in guiding someone towards their fitness and wellness dreams is his primary career goal. Fritz Fabien is the proud owner of Fab & Fit Wellness, where he serves clients in inspirational workout groups and personalized and individualized settings. His fitness services include group workouts, personal training sessions, set coaching, one-on-one coaching, and nutritional coaching!
When he is away from the gym, Fritz loves to spend time with his family and watch nonfiction documentaries. He enjoys exploring the world and travelling and running as a way to decompress. His professional goal is to inspire change and make a positive difference in his clients’ lives and those around him by creating a warm and inviting atmosphere within his fitness business. Fritz’s favourite part about his career as a fitness instructor is his ability to help his clients set high goals and then work hard to reach those goals. Even when he is not at work, Fritz continuously researches the fitness industry to ensure he provides the most up-to-date instruction according to today’s best practices!
Armed for success
Fritz comes from a long military and fitness background that has set him for success within the fitness and health industry. He is a military veteran, and he served as a combat infantry member. Since his service in the military, Fritz has been in the fitness industry for 16 years and a personal trainer for five years. His background in the military and his extensive years of experience have prepared him to assist a variety of different people in meeting their fitness goals. In addition, he is well trained in helping others achieve long-term results that assist them in turning their fitness into a lifestyle rather than a short-term venture.
