    Who can start training with these programs?
    Our programs are designed for anyone over 18 years old.  We adjust the level and complexity of every program depending on your fitness goals. 
    Are these programs suitable for beginners?

    Yes! All of our programs start with a basic level for beginners. 

    How do the virtual fitness classes work?
    Our live classes are via Zoom.  We start our routines on time and you simply have to follow the instructor. All the exercises will be demonstrated by your fitness trainer and members will be instructed throughout each class.
    What is the work out plan like?
    Your plan is customized depending on your fitness level and desired goals.
    What's the nutrition program like?
    We create the right meal plan for you based on your food preferences, budget, schedule and goals.  
    Do I get communication with you?

    Yes.  Our instructors maintain an open line of communication with all my members via email and instant messaging. 

    I have injuries can I still attend the program?
    Absolutely, since our methods are customized to your needs, we take good care in designing a routine that leaves no stress on your injuries.  
    Do you offer 1on1 Personal Training?
    Yes, we do! We offer personalized and effective programs for beginners, weight-loss and sports performance training.  You can book a free consultation to assess your needs and build the right routine for you.
